Inequality in the family itself

In-equality & setting different paradigms for girls & boys have started from non other than in our families itself.Complaining & criticising just society for this can how be justified if we don't accept that society is the conjugation of families & so family is the biggest culprit.
Protesting & speaking out loud in the favour of women empowerment & equality can how be justified or implemented if it is practised & reinforced in our daily life.
Prohibiting her from various subjects(IT, mechanical engineering..)constrain her from transferable jobs,late night shifts, office-jobs..,objecting herfrom excursions,night-outs,shifting out for career/jobs..which is easily permitted to him in the same house,he can date 10 girls at a time but she even can't talk to one,being there in same institution/tuition/coatching..,even more pamper to him than her because he'll stay forever & an ultimate support of your old-age.
From the decision of career to the decision of life-partner is done by the male member of society.Even the attire she carries,must be according to orthodox males,that doesn't provoke.
Being a single girl child sometimes turns to be a blessing,like me,but only if it's not a joint family where u have born & brought up.If that is the situation,you'll feel the loneliness of being alone in many occasions of life with a disgusting interference of other members & comparisons from other children of your age,imposing same obstructions problems & mentality.Ending up being in grave loss.
What is left between half or a century ago & now except fake concerns & responce through a lip-service sympathy but do not render any practical actions on empowerment of women & equality to all.As history defines the mentality towards her,as a property owned by father before marriage,husband after marriage & son in the old-age.
Binding up her opportunities to succeed just because she has vagina gifted by nature.Suddenly she ends up becoming "khandan ki izzat"/(proud of the family)& an object suffering keen observation & critical comments of society.
The inequality is present in all sections of society i.e from elite to poor,though the intensity & characteristic varies accordingly (cast, creed, sect, financial status etc).
