Criminalizing the politics

A phenomenon meaning rise in participation of criminals in the electoral process & selection of the same as elected representatives of the common man. It, at the same time, ensures protection for those law-breakers base on political class, group, caste or communal consideration. It is truly the result of participation of partisan interference in crime investigation & poor prosecution of cases. It is an effective method, practised commonly nowadays, by political parties to polarize the mass & instigate or inculcate hatred in society regarding religion or caste.
A result of unholy nexus between politicians & beaurocracy, when politicians start interfering in the administration section. It also occurs for the lust of some superior position or power. People(criminals) executing evil agendas with monopoly, fearlessly with complete confidence of not getting catched/arrested for consequences of all misdeeds.
The extreme rise in underdevelopment, illiteracy, unemployment, poverty, prismatic nature of Indian social system & corruption are one of the biggest reason. Leading to inequality in society, inculcating abolishment of fear from the heart of guilty & propagating hatred in society through the weapon of power. This also happens with the subjugation of extreme power to only few hands in society, using common man as puppets. Not condemnation of guilty, moreover, setting message for mass by supporting them either giving them important posts or lavishly hosting with flowers & sweets will lead to what kind of upbringing of society?
Mass withdrawal of court cases & unwarranted grant of parole have also spurred criminalization in politics. The method, I suggest, is to eliminate the evility from society is uninterrupted promotion of democracy & accountability in intra-party as well as society by government & strict action against those who instigate as well as motivate criminality. Beside this, election commissioner should be appointed in a fair clear manner & not letting to participate in election to those with criminal backgrounds. Fast-track court system & speedy trials should be implemented specially in criminal cases & lastly, our country should set a criteria for the functioning of political parties which is already a rule in many constituencies of different countries.
To end not only this but all evility (interlinked with eachother) from the society, the vital need is fearless Unity, which is in large scarcity nowadays.
