Is rules are only for poor?

'Law grind the poor, the rich rule them.'
Words, certainly of not mine,
But a famous Anglo-Irish novelist, Oliver Goldsmith.
Proves, the situation is not just a matter of today,
But a hardened norm of centuries old.

For Elite, some cases has a history of,
'Justice gets sold with the power of money.'
& for some who are prominently guilty,
Has 'Justice delayed & lately denied too with bail policy.'
Totally diverse with the situation of poor.
(Suffering for both dids & didn'ts.) Although our constitution teaches,
EQUALITY for ALL.
Yet, divergence mixed completely in blood gushes around from centuries.
In the form of caste religion sect or position.
Superior/majority dominating & monopolizing meek & minor.

Earliest came the domination based on caste.
Higher caste overshadowing others,
Forming rules & regulations of society.
The Era constitute Aghrahara, Brahmadeya & Devadana System.
Behaving brutally to lower castes by upper-one.

Later came the age of Zamindari System,
Constituted of land-lords owning big plots.
Lending poor for work & agriculture,
With extraction of high revenues.
Showing barbarity was common here too.

Now, the time of big business tycoons & industrialists arrived.
Torturing poor through different ways.
Humiliating poor farmers by providing no profit or even price of their crops.
& ending up either by suiciding or selling land in v.low price.
Spoilation of youth took place,
By introducing jio in time of demonatization for distraction from reality.

Commonly fluttering news all over nowadays,
Is news of enormous lynching.
Lynching of minority & lower class.
Though never made a national issue yet,
Proving money-power the most superior one.

Discrimination insighted long ago,
Became blotch as well as part of society.
Yes! Too troublesome to overcome from,
Yet not impossible.
As nothing is impossible, just need is an honest start.
