Be Always Biased

A culture practised from years,
Inviting all for healthy competition.
But with a motive of blind support to oneself,
Without competitive spirit.
One-sided win, biased results.

A session just done for the sake of being done,
Without enthusiasm & whole-hearted approach.
Late to start, eager to finish,
Ending up in a somehow clumsy manner.
Just to notify in the annual happening programme list.

The curriculum gets complete hostile,
With the teaching of being honest always.
Proving the truth of practical life being inversely proportional to theory,
& ending up setting examples.
For upcoming generation,
To be biased dishonest prejudiced & chauvinist.

The manoeuvre inhibiting me to understand,
'Why then inviting others?'
Probably confirming to be a shameless organiser,
Or announcing world of its stingy malevolent depleted character.
Not ready to embrace other's calibre & talent.
Ending up strangulating hardship & hope  of the deservee.
